Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

I requested information about the delivery for weeks but they could not provide any. I got an email that it was delivered and when the recipient checked 10min after receiving the email nothing had been delivered. They provides no updated information and could not get in contact with their own local shop.

Placed two orders a MONTH in advance for our daughters for Valentine’s Day. Yesterday (the 14th) I checked on the orders TWICE, and was told they would absolutely arrive before days end. At 7pm, I got an email that BOTH orders were arriving the next day. It is now 12:00 on the 15th and one has arrived. My daughter found it outside when she went to leave the house. (They never rang the bell). Two of the strawberries are damaged. The other order still hasn’t arrived. Worst customer service ever, and lousy product.

First off spent $374.00 Stawberries were moldy, on 3 orders..4th order didn't arrive until after 9pm..I called an spoke with 3 csr..that offered partial refunds..I called back for a supervisor whom said I would receive a full refund..looked at the email..its not a full refund if your adjusting half the anount..NEVER AGAIN will this company receive my money..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered a cheesecake trio for my girlfriend 2 weeks before Valentine's day. on the day of, they said it was delivered at 6pm, it actually arrived at 8pm, and what I received was NOT WHAT I ORDERED, i spent $80 on 3 cheese cakes and got 9 little bites that tasted like RANCID cream cheese. It gave her an instant sugar headache and bubble guts. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH 1800FLOWERS AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I would give less than one star if I was allowed I sent a box to my daughter. The box had obviously been opened. There was a berry missing and the others look like they picked at. I tried to resolve it with a web chat. That wasted 15 minutes then I called the next day and that took far too long and they refused to give me a refund. They wanted to give me a 20% discount or something like that, they just didn’t seem to understand and picked away until I forcibly told him either to give me a refund or pass me to the supervisor. I do not recommend them Pitiful

I placed my order a week ago. You failed to deliver my delivery to my girlfriend by the end of the day. Now, she thinks I forgot. I contacted you using the virtual chat and the live rep asked for a few minutes to review my chat with the bot, but he never returned. I called your customer service hone number where a rep put me on hold 24 minutes ago. This has been a total customer service disaster all the way around and it is still unresolved.

Never again. I have been a celebrations passport member with the 1-800-flowers brand of Companies for the past several years. I buy all my client’s gifts through them, roughly 50 orders per year. Last week I ordered one dozen Shari’s Berries to be delivered to my daughter on either February 13 or 14th. I got an email on the 13th saying they had been delivered, but they had not. I contacted the company via their chat feature today and they agreed to send the berries again but now they won’t arrive until February 21, sort of a letdown to receive them one week after Valentine’s Day. I told the company I felt entitled to a full refund for the cost of my order ($59) because I’m a long-term valuable customer who places many orders with them every year. They told me they don’t do that. The rep I was chatting with closed the chat and when I called to speak to someone in customer service, I got the same story. What terrible customer service. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

First time ordering, last time as well. Almost 200 dollars and my wife came home with nothing. Don't do it...just go to a local store. These won't arrive on time for anyone's spouse that punches in before 9am....you know, everyone not in an office.
