Flowers were dead and old, Strawberries 🍓 were not ripe at all and l paid $170. RUlNED my nieces Birthday!!!!! So disappointed and mad!

Ordered chocolate strawberries for a special event and 6 days later after two calls and a half-hour text I was told the fulfiller could not fulfill the order. NEVER have I had such bad online service.

Ordered what looked like a high quality product received actual product that was substantially different. The decorated strawberries in the ad and what I paid for were minimally decorated and clearly not the same level of product. This place is a scam. I contacted for a partial refund they said they would make it right, still waiting 1 months later.

I ordered a strawberries as a surprise thank you. First I couldn't get it on the day I had hoped but it was fine and I just accepted that it would be delivered later. I was told it would be yesterday. Didn't hear anything, checked my order status and still had the 2/21 delivery date but no mention on if it was delivered. I got in the chat and was told there was confusion with my order, couldn't tell me what. They gave me a phone number and email address to reach out. I'm at work so couldn't call but I emailed. Asking for a refund if they weren't delivering. No response. I got back on the chat told that they cannot refund my money, cannot guarantee delivery. Zero help. I'm stunned. At this point the thank you gift is ill timed. I'm not feeling hopeful about getting the money back. I will not be using this company ever again. 56.97 and a whole lot of hassle.

My fiance ordered chocolate covered berries and flowers for me. Love him for the thought, but the berries were insane. The chocolate was coming off over half of them, and after sharing them with my 2yo, both she and I were vomiting the next day with stomach aches. The flower bouquet was decent , though fairly skimpy for the price. I’m not sure what went on with the berries but they definitely made us super sick. Never ever again

We’ve bought from Sherri’s berries since 2010. Always the strawberries were delivered on time and were the size of a baby’s fist. Last year, the strawberries didn’t arrive til 3 days after designated date. Phone calls were essentially worthless and when they arrived, they were not the ones I had ordered. I discovered 1800Flowers purchased them in 2019 and figured quality maybe dropped but we gave them a try again this Valentines. Well, they arrived on time but the order was wrong and the strawberries were small, close to overripe and not that great. They are allegedly sending another order no charge as I write this but after this 2 years in a row, I’m done with them. Update, they did send me a replacement order that was right and the strawberries were quite large.

I'm still waiting for my daughter's valentines gift to be delivered, it's 11p Feb 16th. Fed Ex falsely updated that it would arrive Feb 14, then 15, then 16. Hoping tomorrow. Called customer service staff who made stuff up "it'll arrive tomorrow" it didn't. How would strawberries even last that long? Should I tell her not to eat them if they ever show up? Sherri if u r out there--reclaim your name. Too many people are left disappointed..☹️
