Horrible. Do not use. Tried twice to have strawberries delivered. A nightmare. Customer service clueless.

I needed to cancel my order due to the recipient going to the hospital. I tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after I made it and they refused to cancel the order. RUN from this company. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Ordered flowers with an upgrade of Godiva chocolates for a relative's birthday. The flowers arrived on time but the chocolates shipped two days later. Both items showed same delivery date at the time of order, then changed chocolate delivery date after payment processed. This is terrible service.

Horrible experience! I ordered flowers for my friend who just lost her parents and realized that she would not be in town to receive them so I canceled the order within 5 minutes. They still charged me and I never received a refund after 5 days. I then ordered another basket after canceling the first order and they were never delivered to my friends Celebration of Life for her parents. I am so disappointed in this company.

More like SHART Berries, not Shari's. Placed an order for 12 chocolate covered strawberries that were decorated like ladybugs for an important day. They arrived and looked like they had IUDs on their heads and a kindergartener made them. I contacted them and asked for a refund. They offered to send a replacement the next day instead. That replacement was never delivered. So i asked for a refund, which they gave. Basically, they blew it on a very important day and offered me nothing in compensation. I will never order from them, 1-800 flowers or any of their sister companies again. Their customer service is horrible. Thanks for blowing it Shari's berries!

We ordered chocolate covered berries with happy faces (cute -right?) for my MIL, for her late son's bday, on March 15. She has been in and out of the hospital the last year, so we thought berries would be good. They were delivered ok, and they had told us they were good. The following week she went back into the hospital and has since been released to go home with Hospice care. She will not be with us much longer. We recently returned from a trip to go see her, probably for the last time. We did not find out about the rotten berries until just yesterday; I just contacted Shari's Berries and was told they have a 7-day refund policy. Regardless. Wow. What HORRIBLE customer service! WTH? We will NOT spend any more of our hard-earned money on any Shari's Berris products!

The gift hadn’t arrived yet and shame on me for not reading the reviews I hope my order that should arrive next Tuesday are perfect. They are for my friends birthday who is in a crisis with her husband, cancer and heart attack….. if they are bad it will only make her day eorse

I and my husband got strawberries and cakes from his Mom as easter gift. We both got very sick the next day after eating, we got stomach aches, diarrhea, nausea, and fever.
