The problem isn't with your company my issue is with FedEx. My order was supposed to be delivered between 1215p and 215p. Now they are saying by the end of the day because FedEx is unreliable I will not be ordering from you anymore because of FedEx service. Well I just received a email saying now my order will be delivered before the work day tomorrow a whole 29 hours after what I was told today. Totally unacceptable because the person the gift was meant for doesn't work in the office on Fridays.

When I received my shipment today (literally opened the box when it was handed to me) the box was hot. The frozen packets were completely thawed and room temperature and you could smell the strong odor from the berries like they been sitting in the hot sun. When I opened the box all my berries were smashed and looked rotten. I’m at total loss of words. Im so disappointed.

I placed an order on May 8 for Mother’s Day on May 12. They put my delivery for May 9 and would not let me change or cancel the order. The representative is not American and u can barely understand them with the heavy accent. Poor understanding of my concern and straight lies on my order. I placed the order at 8am and tried to correct at 830am but was told my order already shipped out; my tracking only stated confirmed. It’s unbelievable and I will never order from them or recommend them.

Order Never Showed Up! Ordered a dozen strawberries for a birthday present for next-day delivery as advertised. They never showed up. When I contacted Shari’s Berries, they told me the order would be delivered in 3 days!! No explanation! False advertising! And I paid extra for next-day delivery. They refuse to refund my money so I have contacted my credit card company.

I ordered over $200 of berries for family members for mother's day. Received an email saying I have a $14 credit that I can use. So, I ordered another dozen berries for my daughter in law and tried to use the discount code and it would not accept it. Very dissatisfied.

McKenna did not receive her strawberries today.

The order I placed, the delivery dates on the two orders was two different dates. I tried to change the dates to the same date for Mother's Day delivery, with No success. They have given me the run around, to which I wanted to just cancel the whole order. Unfortunately I could not even cancel the order!! I will not recommend this company to anyone!!Also will tell anyone who asks what a troubling time I have had !!

Ordered a cake for my sisters birthday. Its arrival was two days late. Obviously since it's a FOOD it had to be destroyed as we don't know how long it was "in transit". Customer Service was totally USELESS. Apologized but wouldn't give the $79.99 back Telling me that next time they'll do better. Like I will ever use them again. Stay away!
