Left product outside in the Florida heat without contacting anyone or ringing doorbell or knocking and it all spoiled. This Mother’s Day gift was ruined!!!

My order was never delivered

Cannot get confirmation that the order was delivered.

Strawberries arrived rotten and squashed, flowers where pretty. The whole office was disgusted. I guess it went through a 3rd party order, they said they would send a replacement, to contact customer service. Wasted 2 hours on chats, emails and phone calls for nothing, I've used sheris berries alot, the last order was the same didn't pursue, this order was worse got little response. I'll never use them again, and I hope the entire office that received the order leave a bad review, waste of 200 bucks.

I have used Sherri’s for the last time. They simply don’t have a handle on quick delivery which keeps their berries cool. When a delivery from Chicago to Atlanta may take 3 days, it’s pretty obvious that a single cool pack will not suffice and yet that is what they do every time. Soggy berries are not a great gift.

I ordered on May 7 for delivery on May 17 and cancelled via chat and phone on May 8 due to incorrect delivery date. I never received a cancellation confirmation. When informed they would send a cancellation confirmation I kept getting confirmation of order. Customer Service on chat and telephone is horrible.

What a horrible all around experience! I ordered early for Mother's day and the strawberries arrived rotten. The product will not be re-deluvered until 05/15, way after Mother's day. However, the worst part of the whole experience was the rudeness I experienced when I called to complain about the state of the product. The customer service representative was extremely rude and non caring about my complaint. The last time I will purchase from this company.

I have had Shari's Berries for years and while I find them very good, except for the fact that if you don't get them refrigerated the moment they arrive because the ice packets are always thawed, today's gifts were horrible. The chocolate on the strawberries was so grainy I did not even want to finish the box of 12. A total waste of the $59.99 cost. If I was this company I would be sooooooo ashamed for this product to have my name on the box!!! I will have to tell the sender while it was so very nice for them to think of me, their money was a total waste!!! These strawberries were not fit to eat!!!
