I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, spending almost $100 for a product I have done better myself. I'm so disappointed my Mom received these strawberries for her gift on Mother's Day. I understand they won't look exactly like the image, but there was zero effort in these strawberries. The chocolate was messy, there was chocolate on the box, the drizzle looks to be rushed, the Mom chocolate barely reads "Mom". I assumed most of my money was going to labor, but this was a waste of money. There was a strawberry less than half the size of the rest. I ordered these over a week ago. They should have anticipated the increase in material stock and labor. I wish I could post a picture. Very embarrassed my Mom received these. Very disappointed in you, Shari and Team.

They never got delivered. Said they can do it Monday. Is Monday Mother’s Day? Nope, so my mom got nothing for Mother’s Day. I have ordered theses before to the same address I guess this will be the last time I use this company. Very disappointed

Ordered flowers and berries for mothers day and was very disappointed with the quality of products. The flowers were wilted and turning brown in some spots and the berries were a lot smaller than what was advertised. I will never order from this company again. "Do not waste your money" a complete rip-off.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day and received them yesterday. Today we celebrated mothers day one day early. The only thing my mom asked for this year was Shari's berries. She was so excited and opened the box took one out and took a bite and it was completely rotten! She tried another and another and they were completely rotten! I was mortified because that's the only thing she asked for. I complained and they are now sending me another but won't get here for till 4 days after mothers day! This was soooo disappointing. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else on such an important day! I can say after this I will not be ordering from them again.

My kids 18 and 14 spend their hard earned money on this. The thought was there but the roses were tired and the chocolate strawberries were tasteless!!!! Even the chocolate had not taste. Beyond disappointing and kids money waisted.

I will never order from Sherry's Berries again. This order was never received. I had to ask for a refund three times. The customer service rep kept trying to get me to accept a late redelivery "at the first available date" and a coupon. However, I am still out a gift and have yet to gift my recipient. Very poor customer service. They don't back their product. Very disappointing. Never again. Now it will take 10 days to receive a promised refund that I had to ask for three times. And after asking twice for a confirmation email, was told it would take 1-2 days to even receive an email confirmation of the refund. They have changed for the worst.

Terrible service. I will never shop any of their brands again.

I received an email that it was delivered and it wasn't. When I called 4x, the last person said it wasn't available any more so I asked for refund!!!
