The berries were all broken and the flowers were wilted. Some flowers were broken off. We have ordered from y’all several times and always great but todays order was not good especially for the price

Ordered chocolates for Mothers Day and received them all melted. No care was taken to keep the chocolates cool. Looked like they had been in the sun all day. Using their horrible customer service "chat" option, it took over 30 minutes to even get offered a refund and I still don't have conformation of a refund. This company has gone way down hill.

I still have not received anything, and we are a day late. Nothing arrived for Mother's Day.

I received a box of chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day. To my surprise, the quality of the strawberries was terrible. Not only were the strawberries different sizes but they arrived cracked and all over the place. The strawberry were so ripe that they tasted past the eatable state. So disappointed with the quality of these strawberries. I have received these before and they were excellent, don’t understand what happened. 😔 I wish I was able to attach a picture of what I received.

I have always used Sherries Berries as far I can remember. But recently I have been very disappointed. Last year I ordered for Mothers Day the berries. They came spoiled. This mothers Day (today) My mom received flowers but no berries. Arrived very late. Whatever you are doing you need to change it. You just lost a loyal customer

I wish I could give it zero stars! I’ve never had them before and got them for Mother’s Day today. Horrible!! Cheap chocolate and tacky presentation, you’re better off getting chocolate covered strawberries from Jewel Osco. I never leave reviews but this was a must!

I received chocolate dipped strawberries for Mothers Day. They were much smaller than usual, very over-ripe, leaking and the chocolate was falling off. They looked nowhere near what I have received in the past. Also there was no cold pack. I am very sad and disappointed that this is what my son had to spend so much money for.

Ordered Shari's Berries to be here 4 days before mothers day. They did not arrive and customer service was terrrible. This service might be a scam.
