My mother received chocolate covers strawberries for her 94th birthday from my sister. They were melted and warm. Needless to say they ended in the garbage can. I would never buy anything from this company. I let my sister know so she could get a Refund. What she thought was going to be a delightful present for my mother turned out to be a total failure.

The 1st two failed deliveries that was attempted on 6/25 then again on 6/26 went to the wrong address even after I repeatedly gave the company Reps the correct address to assure they get it write this time still didn't make it !! Now we're talking going into the 3rd day final it's delivered but left outside at 8:30am without even attempting to call the recipient as promised before delivering. It was left outside in 90 degree heat on the ground in front of the door in the direct sunlight covered with ants for nearly 8 hours. I asked to be refunded and it was with no problem this is the only thing that was done right by this company. A special thank you was totally ruined. I will never use you guys again !!

Order was placed for delivery 6/14. This is a gift. Shipment has not been received. Upon review of the status I found that the order is to be delivered 6/21. Very disappointing!

Will NEVER order again!! The product is great IF you receive your order. We have not received our order once in the past. Then just recently the berries were never delivered despite receiving an email that the berries were delivered. We were told that they send that email right before we get them. Well….never got them despite the rep ensuring that we would. We called and said they would refund the money and send a 6 pack of berries to rectify the situation. We agreed. The day the delivery of thee courtesy delivery of berries we once again received a delivery email but yet again, no berries. This happened to us before and when we called they gave the same story but never received. It’s sad because we love the berries but the service to buy them through is absolutely ridiculous to where we will never order again! Shari’s Berries should seek an alternate way to have their respected items to be delivered through.

I wish I could give zero stars! NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE IN FAIRFAX VIRGINIA!!! They went to wrong house to deliver birthday fruit to my husband. Said no one was home and refused to come back out until next day which wasnt my husbands birthday. I called so many times and they could care less that they were ruining my husbands 65th birthday. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Don't waste your money!!!! It'll cost you more than u could ever imagine when they sell your card info all over the world. If u have placed an order. Just consider it a loss. DO NOT TRY FOR A REFUND!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL SELL YOUR CARD INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
