Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

I ordered the bee themed chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter's bee themed baby shower. So cute for a centerpiece. Unfortunately the delivery person dropped them off on my patio with the box on its side ignoring the package stating fragile and right side up. The bees ended up all broken and looking demented even though they were likely only on my patio around 15 mins. I could not display them for the shower and with delivery fees they were very expensive. Not the chocolate makers/ creators fault just careless delivery. 😑 I was really excited about the thought I had put into this special gift but they were to embarrassing to put out

There was no vase with my order

Ordering was easy. Delivery was good. The Berries showed up in great shape. I would say the entire process was a positive experience. The only caveat I have is the price. After tax and delivery however the price of the Berries was just shy of 90$. For 7$plus per berry I want "Holy Smokes this is the best thing I have Ever Tasted!!!" Not, "these are ok." Will probably be one and done. Nothing wrong with the Product or the Service but the Price.... Whew. A Honda is a great solid car, but if you paid Ferrari Prices for it would it still be as good?

I was greatly disappointed with the White roses included in the mixture for my Mom's Mother's Day arrangement as they were all brown and had to be removed immediately for fear of spreading the rot. She sent me pictures that I'd be happy to pass on. This hasn't happened before, but it was not an entirely good experience.

I wasn’t please from start to finish. I ordered the $39.95 box of chocolate covered strawberries with the option of free shipping charge. However, card was charged $52.95. Also had the option of putting a free note with order. Order was delivered there was a little typed Cut out 1/2 by 3 inch On top of the Sherry’s Berries label that made The presentation look tacky. Also, the chocolate wasn’t so good but I did like the white chocolate strawberries. However, the strawberries were great large and fresh. Just needs to make a few tweaks to be better presented.

Liked the cheesecakes. I know I am paying for an experience, but from the pictures I really expected much larger pieces of cheesecakes or larger quantity. For just over $75, was not worth it.

This was a Mother's Day Gift. The flowers did not come with the food packets that you put in the water for your flowers, which would have helped the flowers. Our mother is in her 80s and can't get out to purchase these tiny things. I know this may sound ridiculous. Something to consider for future purchases!

Some of the strawberries were disfigured and the chocolate was cracked or completely broken off.
