“The berries were great, the delivery was terrible. I spent more time on the phone with the company than driving them from Michigan to Atlanta. Their help were very kind on the phone but....I won't order again because of the delivery. One gal just left and took them. One never showed up but did text my son and told h im he had the berries and one made it. I spent a ton of money to surprise my kids for Easter and it was ruined....I do not like writing bad reviews. The company again was good, they were kind but they definitely need to change their delivery service.”

They screwed me at valentines with a delivery a week late.quick to sell it but horrible after. But i took a chance yesterday 4/14/25 and bought my mom some cheesecake bites.9@$65.82 for her birthday sat..right after saying fri delivery and taking my money they called right back and said sorry looks like may 12 delivery. Who waits a month for food? Told them to refund my money. But now i have 2 charges of 65.83 and called again and they said it may take 5-10 days so they completly ruined my extra money for her birthday. I will never ever never ever ever do buisness with this rotten company.they suck all the way around.nothing but liars and scammers

MY MOM LITERALLY CRIED BECAUSE OF HOW DISGUSTING 🤮 THE FRUITS WERE. I SPENT A $150 WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR THEM TO SEND ME A BOX FILLED WITH SPOIL AND ROTTEN FRUITS PLUS FRUITS THAT I ORDER WAS MISSING FROM THE BOX. THE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Strawberries were not as presented, half of them were very small, the chocolate dip was messy, and the berries were not good. These were gifted, and it was a complete embarrassment. A total rip off and a waste of money. I will never purchase from this company again. If I could upload a picture I would because I have one saved. I reached out to the company after they were delivered. Valentine’s Day, and my message was ignored.

The order was delivered with no notification and left outside [in Florida heat]! Terrible service!

I ordered flowers and dipped strawberries one month in advance back on January 15th for Valentine's Day delivery because I was going to be out of the country. I paid extra for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. They arrived a day late. Flowers were not as pretty as pictured, strawberries were room temperature because all of the ice packs had melted. A complete joke of a company. I've filed a Paypal claim for a full refund. Thankfully my sweetheart was understanding.

Horrible!!!! Will never use the again!!! Order was 2 days late with half the Strawberries rotten. Have emailed them non stop for almost 2 weeks and received bit messages back from them. They're telling me now there having email problems. This company is a joke. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY I'LL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING YOU AGAIN!!
