I've been buying Bern helmets for 20 years. First time ordering directly. Helmet didn't work out, returned it - by using the QR code supplied by BERN/Loop. Dropped it at an approved returns facility. Bern claims they never received it. Checked with shop where the helmet was dropped, confirmed they send Loop returns daily. Bern refuses to refund or offer store credit, now I'm out of pocket $140 with nothing to show for it. I'll never purchase Bern products again.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. NEVER ordering from Bern Helmets again. On September 22, I ordered a helmet through their website but cancelled just minutes later after realizing that even with Express Delivery, it wouldn't arrive on time. I received an email confirming my order had been "refunded." However, a few days later, I noticed they had charged my payment method anyway. When I contacted customer service, they told me my refund had been issued as STORE CREDIT, without my consent. I explicitly requested a refund to my original payment method, but they simply said they "couldn't" do that. This is completely unacceptable and potentially violates EU consumer protection laws, which generally require refunds to be issued through the original payment method. After contacting them multiple times, all I got were vague responses saying they were "investigating." Eventually, they stopped replying altogether. No resolution, no explanation, nothing. Thankfully, I managed to recover my money by disputing the charge through my payment provider. Not because Bern Helmets did the right thing, but because I had to fight to get my own money back. It's outrageous that a company would make it so difficult to refund an order cancelled within minutes. My advice: THINK TWICE before ordering from Bern Helmets. Based on my experience, they seem far more interested in keeping customers' money than providing decent customer service. Never again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Ordered and helmet two weeks ago. They still have not sent it and they don´t reply to email. My retailer says swell that they can´t get any helmet from them since some years. Seems that they are not longer existing as a reliable business.

I ordered a helmet that never arrived. The tracking falsely claimed it was delivered, but the detailed logs proved the package never left the UK. When I provided this evidence and asked for a refund, customer support completely stopped replying to my emails. The phone number on their website is also disconnected. They took my money, failed to deliver the product, and cut off all communication. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my bank.

I am honestly shocked by all the negative reviews bc our family exclusively buys Bern helmets. We’ve always gotten phenomenal customer service support along with the products themselves being superior to most others on the market along with an affordable price point!! These are hands down the best helmets for our family and I will buy them again and again!

Very very poor. Returned an item recorded delivery early June and I’m currently pending a refund in July. My credit card company have offered to refund me and go legal with the company. Very disappointing

Worst company ever! Received completely the wrong helmet from what I ordered, 4 months later after many emails sent out, and dm’s to socials they have not replied to do anything about it. Was a complete waste of money and this business is just a scam. The quality of the helmet I received looked very cheap and the incorrect color and model from the order I placed directly on there website. Do not buy a Bern product!!

Abysmal customer service. Should have read the other reviews. Delivered the wrong product without MIPS system (having confirmed via email in advance it 100% did) before our ski trip. Email support wouldn’t confirm it if I could keep helmet as gesture of good will so I at least had something to keep me protected for the trip, let alone send a replacement. 2 weeks later they have stopped answering emails, uk phone number is for a company called mango bikes and goes straight to voicemail, no surprise there. Hopeless customer service.
