First time ordering a Bernardo jacket. Had to return for a different size. I was a little nervous returning it as there is not a phone number to call but I followed the instructions for returns and was issued a refund. Customer service was prompt in replying to my email. Couldn’t find a jacket I liked in my area so I was happy to find this fitted style of jacket. The warm red color is lovely.

The styling of the this coat is awesome and is slimming. The fit is a bit snug when wearing a heavy sweater, but the coat is still comfortable. I like that recycled materials are used.
