Phenomenally expert instructor! Russian instructor Nizam Atasoy is worth his weight in gold!

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Tysons office. I already had a pretty solid foundation with Spanish and took 3 weeks (5 hours a day) of one-on-one intensive Spanish to polish up my speaking and listening skills. My teacher was Patty (Laura), a very upbeat and nice Mexican woman. The class combined free-form conversation in the morning.with some exercises (grammar and video) late in theday. One of my goals was to practice the subjunctive (of course!) -- past and present -- and Patty provided me with useful worksheets. But mainly, it was a useful class because I reinforced the existing vocabulary I had and expanded with some additional phrases to add to the sophistication of my speaking. My goal was to be able to give short narrations on topics covering politics, economics, the environment, etc. By the end of the three weeks, I felt much more sure of my ability to do that. For those already at a relatively high level with Spanish, I would recommend the same type of program I took at Berlitz, and would recommend Patty, if she is available. I imagine she would also be a very strong teacher for beginners and intermediates.

Love Berlitz. Amazing teachers, my Spanish has improved markedly.

I had a great time learning the Spanish basics. My instructors, Jennifer and Karen were awesome! Please make sure that you communicate this to them.

I have loved my experience with Berlitz. The teachers I had were incredible, and I learned so much. I highly recommend the program.

It’s was a good experience. I learned a lot and also had fun.

I'm very happy with my experience in Berlitz, and I'm very lucky because my teacher is the best! Professional, always gentle, and also open to my questions. The amministrative staff is very friendly and competent!

Great experience with great teachers. It would be helpful to receive vocabulary for the current units in a printed format Also, as a government student, it would be helpful to tailor the course near the end to vocabulary utilized in our field.
