I was not notified that my item was not available when ordering. Instead, my credit card company issued a credit on the purchase price. I sent an email with this same concern on Sat., 4/24, and have not yet received a response from your company. I would have appreciated knowing if there was a similar compass that I could purchase instead.
Response from BeReelOutdoorsApr 27, 2021
Deborah, Sorry to hear that you didn't receive our previous communications through both the website and through email. We would be happy to find you another compass and that is what we explained in the communications, but we didn't get a response. Please let us know how we can help.
