This app helps me keep my screen time to a minimum!

I think it’s important that this app don’t let you the things easy, and it’s not about block you from scroll it let you know that you are not doing what you promise to you that will do so I think it’s good and to you that this is a process you cannot let this addiction that easy, you have to learn that this is an addiction and that you have to work on this all the days all the day and the tracking is good too. 5 stars

It actually WORKS. I wanted to be a more present parent and it surely makes it so much easier! I do hate that basically all apps require a subscription these days… But iPhone parents raise iPad kids

Good app, it definitely actually helps me use my phone less on an evening/night. And a bit less on other apps generally.

It works! Graphic design could be better.

Allows me to realize that I am doom scrolling and stop.
