I am very disappointed with the clothing I ordered , which arrived . The clothes are small for the size and the material is very cheap. I paid $91 for two ridiculously overpriced tops and I’m not happy . I’m trying to get a refund . They offered me $7.1 and asked me if I could please keep my items ???!!! I’m livid to say the least . If this company is an honest upfront company , they should give full , no arguments returns .

The clothes that were received were not the right size. Furthermore, the quality of the fabric on two of the dresses was very poor. When I tried to return the dresses that cost $173 AUD, I was offered a $15 voucher to keep the clothes? Are you kidding me. The clothes DON'T FIT! I have written four times to try and get a returns voucher to be able to send the clothes back, and each email has been ignored. Beware fellow shoppers. They do not have a returns policy. Like many other Instragram shopping experiences I have been duped. Lesson learned.

Got 3 items which were too small. Could not get in contact to return. I sent 3 emails and facebooked messaged and nothing. Don’t shop here unless you know 100 percent you will keep

Purchased a dress but the shape is completely wrong to what is in the picture and cannot be worn. Have tried numerous times to contact the company via email with zero response. I won’t shop here again. Goodbye money.

THIS COMPANY IS AFFILIATED WITH FAUZY AND BOTH ARE A SCAM. I PURCHASED FROM FAUZY AND ITEM WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. TRIED TO GET A REFUND AND COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN RESPOND TO EMAILS. TOTAL SCAM AS WELL AS THE MANY COMPANYS AFFILIATED WITH FAUZY AND BENURA!
