Took the money and provided no service. After taking 50% of the contracted amount for providing Junior year consultation and college application help, the business took 3 weeks to assign a student consultant who had no interest in providing any guidance or following up. The consultant showed no interest in communicating or following up. She did not show up on scheduled call and did not honor her deliverables. In 5 months, we were able to get only 3 calls from the consultant. (First one was introduction). When the matter was escalated, the business was not at all apologetic and had no concern for our lost 5 months. As a favor they offered to return a petty amount after deducting $2500 for alleged 10 hours of consultant's time, who could not even show up on the call. I tried getting a resolution from the business but only lost more time. The business manager kept saying he would check with management and get back. They never get back without constant follow up with multiple calls and emails. Very disturbed on having lost precious time and money stuck with Bentham Consulting.
