My child walks to school and I believe the school needs to have a crossing guard in the morning and afternoon.

I know that my son is getting the best education through teacher that care, have a passion and compassion for their students. I believe this is because they have a principal that cares about his staff and the students. He provides a safe environment for all who enter.

My childrens teachers are loving caring and knowledgeable. They have really good ideas to help the kids learn and have fun too!

The school is not ran the way it use to be. When there is issues with bullies they don't get addressed to you start yelling. And when sport activities come around they are no were near ready for scheduling games or practices. Last minute games or cancellations. Most schools have a principle that attends after school activities and sporting events this principle does nothing. That shows me that he does not support his students. My. Family has been going here since they opened there doors many years ago. And I was riding it out cause the teachers that I have dealt with have been good with my nieces and nephews and now my daughter is in her 5 the year here if it want for the teaching staff being great with my daughter and her adhd. I would pull her out and put her in a different school

BVA has had some challenges with inexperienced staff and developmentally inappropriate curriculum but is making strides to improve these areas. When parents reach out and ask questions, there is a strong system in place to foster excellent communication. Teachers, administrators and office staff seem to love children and encourage parent involvement.

Bennett Venture Academy is a wonderful school. Both the teachers and staff are supportive to all the children. The school sets a positive academic environment while supporting and encouraging each child to succeed.

There was no organization. The school was loud every time i was there. There was no controlin the classes and the teachers who needed help wasn't getting and i was to just give it time while my child was falling behind because the teacher was dealing with the behavior children. The secretaries were rude and unprofessional. The should be focused on academics instead of fun. I also think the behavior students should have special classes because they are degressing the good kids learning capabilities and they will follow those same habits.

I enjoy the size of the school and close relationships that I have witnessed staff members having with students. I feel like my children are held accountable for their behavior and are held accountable for high expectations that are fulfill able. I do wish that more rewards were given to those children that exceed the base line expectations were given such as attendance, and high grade levels, and positive daily classroom/school behavior. Any acknowledgement or achievements in this area I do think would benefit more than just that child. Other than that I enjoy Bennett everyday that we are there!
