My experience with this company has only gotten worse.
What should have been a straightforward refund has turned into weeks of changing stories, inconsistent refund amounts, broken promises, and delays. Based on my experience, these business practices show a troubling lack of transparency, accountability, and integrity. When I opened my account, we agreed to a specific pricing structure. Without my knowledge or authorization, that pricing was changed, and I was charged under different terms. One of their own employees admitted this in writing. If they couldn’t honor the agreement, they should have contacted me first, not changed my account and charged me anyway. After I demanded a refund, I was initially told I would receive $317.38. Now I’m being told the refund is only $150.00. Which is it? Every time I receive a response, the story changes. Even the refund they originally promised has still not been fully processed. To make matters worse, they have repeatedly misrepresented the situation instead of simply taking responsibility and making it right. The quality of the leads was also extremely disappointing. In my experience, many of the leads marketed as “quality” did not come close to meeting that expectation. I have been in the insurance industry for nearly 19 years, and I have never had a lead vendor unilaterally change an agreed-upon pricing structure without first obtaining my approval. That is simply not how reputable companies conduct business. Because of the way this has been handled, I have disputed the charges with my financial institution, filed complaints with the Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau, and shared my documented experience with my agency and our agency partners. I will continue updating this review until this matter is resolved. I believe companies should be held accountable when they fail to honor their agreements, change pricing without authorization, and repeatedly provide inconsistent information instead of correcting their mistakes.
