I hadn't used Benchmark or any similar company before, and I was so pleased with how thoroughly Jamie and his team met my needs. Jamie talked with me about my options counseled me on taking a different route that originally planned, and answered all my questions. The team communicated with me every step of the process, and I was very appreciative of being kept abreast of the progress. The friend who received the engraved gavel I ordered from Benchmark absolutely loved it! Thank you for such great service!
