I called Benchmark Trophy just a few days before Christmas to inquire as to whether they engraved stones....we're talking a 2 to 3 inch diameter rock I picked up off the coast on a trip with my mom to Nice, France! They advised if possible that I bring it in person so they could see it before determining whether they could do it or not, which I did. After seeing it they admitted this was not something they did often but I took a leap of faith and they did a fabulous job! It was ready in less than two days and made a beautiful Christmas present for my mom. Highly recommend this shop for their great customer service and quality work.

We brought in a memorial vase to be engraved. We were told it would be a week. My husband and I discussed the fact that we would be leaving town and would have to ask someone else to pick it up for us. Without saying anything, we were informed 3 days later that the vase was finished, so we were anle to pick it up ourselves. We were ery appreciative of their understanding and willingness to help us out. We were very pleased with the finished vase.

I have been a customer for the last 4 to 5 years and I can tell you that Benchmark Trophies is a business of excellence. Their prices are reasonable, the quality of work is top notch, and they are very timely. I ordered my last order on line and I was a little last minute. They completed the job and had my plaque ready a day before I requested it.
