This was my first time working with Benchmark & ordering trophies. Although we had issues with the glass breaking during the production process, the team at Benchmark worked hard and even after hours to get my trophies completed on time. They shared multiple options with me, were extremely patient, and ultimately produced a beautiful product that I was happy to present at our event. Thank you Benchmark and I will return!

I made my request fairly last minute (only 2 1/2 weeks before the event), and it was for a large amount of awards during the peak of award season. The staff were very helpful as I had to make several changes along the way, and we had no issue getting all the awards on time - plus, they all looked fantastic! I really appreciated their service, and I would definitely recommend them.
