Jivar Foty just left in a meeting we had. He left midway through the meeting without any heads up

I wouldn't recommend dealing with Jivar Foty (owner). We used to be BenchmarkBroker's subcontractor company. Despite the fact that he and his team acknowledged that the design and development work was done professionally, he refused to pay the final bill, which is big enough. Ignoring calls and messages - this is what he as a businessman finds reasonable to do. We had quite lasting business relationship but then he thought it would be a good idea to get us work for free. Very frustrated and disappointed. I am sure the customers are treated in the same way.

I never get a call.back when i leave messages. Homeowners ins went up again and i called for a review of my acct, in hopes of finding a more economical fee...still waiting.

Used to be a good solid insurance place, not anymore. Last time I used them, a few days later, my credit card fraud department called to warn me that somebody was trying to charge over $900 on internet gambling. That same policy they got me, the underwriter ended up dropping me because they didn't put that part of home siding was aluminum. This place used to be good when the owner (Jivar) was involved, now I wouldn't use them even they paid me to.
