We recently ordered the 20” bike for our son. After a week and not receiving a shipment notification I reached out to the company asking for an expected shipping date as we really wanted to receive the bike before a family camping trip we had planned in a few weeks. They promptly responded and stayed in contact with me via email letting me it was in presale and when it would shipped, and when to expect it. I couldn’t ask for better communication and customer service! And our son loves their bikes! He's got a small build so he can handle this bike so much better and tackle hills with how light weight it is!

We were missing a handlebar screw, customer service was responsive, prompt and courteous. 10/10

My oldest son rode this bike for 3 years. He finally handed it down to my younger son this year. One of the crank arms had become stripped and the pedal would not stay attached. I looked everywhere for an aftermarket part and could not find anything small enough. I thought I was going to have to buy a new bike. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get a replacement crank arm and Harper helped me get the correct part and expedited the shipping to have the bike all ready just in time for summer break! The bike is still in great shape and should last a few years with my younger son before passing it on to a younger cousin! This company has amazing customer service!

Bought the 16" for my 3y old, then the 20" when he turned 6y recently. I credit belsize bikes for a lot of my son's physical agility and development. The super lightweight, two brakes, no coastal brake, and ability to install hand bar raisers made this choice our best investment so far. What a success. Beats competing brands on a heartbeat including woom. Lost a bolt a got immediate customer service and received the part in no time.

I had gotten this bike for my son and he loves it! I was weary of the belt drive having never seen or used one myself. The belt had broken over time and reached out to the company and they were very helpful with getting me set up for replacement belts and they arrived fairly fast as well! Been biking all of my life and still to this day and love passing that tradition on to my children. Again was not completely sold on the belt drive idea, but this are wonderful bikes! Having rode this particular bike myself as a grown man, I can say the belt drive is very nice and I'm sold!

The 16'' bike is high quality although the hardware will rust in areas prone to it. I sprayed some corrosion control on it and have no problems. Its light weight and very easy for my 3 y/o to ride. He figured it out within minutes after only riding a 8'' strider bike. One of the bolts came loose/lost and the support team was extremely helpful and sending me one of their special bolts. We will be buying the 20'' bike when the kids are big enough.
