Terrible quality and poor service—Avoid! I highly recommend avoiding this company for several reasons: • Shipping: Items take an extraordinary amount of time to ship from China. • Tracking: The third-party tracking system is inaccurate and unreliable. • Customer Service: Virtually non-existent when you need assistance. • Product Quality: The ring looks nothing like the website photos. The metal feels cheap and completely unrefined. I will never shop here again.
