Also, when you wanted to write me about your order, what did you look up to find the fraudulent company but came across mine instead? Unfortunately, the company you purchased your goods from is Belove Jewellery and their website is www.belovejewel.com I would strongly recommend looking for contact information on the emailed receipt and contact Shopify as that is who they are using to sell their goods through. We have recently been made aware of several instances where people have encountered issues with regard to orders that were placed with this deceptive website that is utilizing a name that is similar to ours. I would dispute the charges with your bank. They won’t be able to reach this company as they have a lawyer’s office listed as the company phone number and since I have called them 100’s of times there is NO ONE to answer. You will definitely win the dispute! The amount of bad reviews people listed on my page vs the real culprit has been agonizing and I have been fighting every single day.
