I did not read anywhere on site this was a PDF, this is a ripoff. People.want to know what they are getting. Looked like a real book with no shipping fee for an excellent price. I guess fool me once...

I'm adding my complaint to the list of 12 others--that I wound up receiving a PDF copy of a book that I was deceptively led to believe was a hard copy. Nowhere in the actual book description page did it specify that the book was PDF; and as one commenter already pointed out--the listing actually stated "In Stock" and Part No "75" as if 75 were in stock. The ad also specified "free shipping." Seriously? How could that possibly apply to a PDF book? When I e-mailed the company requesting a refund, I was told the "terms and conditions" specify that all sales are final. It was at that point I also noticed it was ONLY IN THE TERMS and CONDITIONS THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE PDF! I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I copied to PDF format all the complaints listed, and also plan to share this with my credit card company to hopefully get some visibility on this misleading advertising.

They are located in the UK and their telephone number is not functional, however they did respond to my email immediately. Use their gmail address. Only digital books, not paperback as advertised. Refund issued immediately.

It is a bad website. Never get the confirmation order email, PDF version or paperback book. Custom service never answer the call. I think it is a deceptive website.

Their website is clearly very misleading and doesn't state clearly that they are specializing in digital books and downloads only of them. I thought I was getting a real copy of a book and nowhere on their website did it state that it would be a pdf version of it. On their website, nothing in the description of the book mentioned that I would be getting a pdf. There are none! It even says "in stock" as if it were a real book waiting in a warehouse. After doing a quick search about them it is clear that other people were mislead that way, their reviews are very poor. l am adding mine to the choir of disappointed customers who trusted them and bought from them. I am not sure one can contact the BBB to have them look into their confusing and misleading website as the business is located in the UK, but perhaps there is a British BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EXCEPT IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH A PDF VERSION OF THE BOOK YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. Belomero is a very deceptive company using some deceitful tactics to make business.

Never received product. I ordered a book from them.

Please be aware that these are downloads only. My sister and I both thought we were ordering actual books. It even stated free shipping. We were extremely shocked to discover that we had spent our money on a download. When I contacted the company, I got a terse response, claiming that their home page states they are a pdf company only. This is not true. Not only do they not have a home page; nowhere did it state we were buying a pdf form. I am going to report this to my bank as possible fraud.
