Belmonte BikesReviews of belmontebikes.com

Purchased an Ice Bear Mini Max 50cc PMZ50-M1, received an entirely different bike, a Boss Motor DV50SVT, which has a completely different engine and hardware. When I called to ask what happened, they tried to gaslight me by saying that IS the Ice Bear, it's just the newest model. Uh, no the hell it isn't?? It's literally a different brand! Even worse is that this exact model is $700 cheaper from other dealers! When I brought up the price difference, the guy said "well, other websites will have other extras charges and don't do free shipping". Bullshit. I had even called before purchasing to confirm that it has a 139QMB engine, and this...thing...that I got has a 1P39QMA. Absolute fraud from absolute scam artists.

Excellent service !! Thank you 😊

Honestly the website was very user friendly, easy to navigate through and very clear on description and part availability. Secure and trusted check out process is appreciated and I look forward to shopping again!!

I had a very good experience with the people I spoke to over the phone. The sales process was quick and easy, the bike came in a timely fashion after the order and I've had nothing but good things to say so far. The service department was super fast and responding to an issue I had with shipping so I can't complain. The only issue, if I had to have one was that the bike did not come with any kind of a user manual for the digital display. But that's about it. Great bike! 11

They genuinely care about their customers and solve any issues that you might have with your new unit upon delivery. Vince will go out of his way to help you out. Outstanding and professional customer service.

Great bike and great customer service

Gold Star in Customer Service. I feel they went above and beyond to find my correct parts. I had needed a unique unlisted part, for my Kp mini. Had to do a Time-Sert repair. So the seal I needed was very important that I got correct. Had a very difficult time looking around in local auto part retail stores. Most of which had no idea what they were even looking at. Couldn't find it online in any market. The Customer Service representative keep in touch often to ensure me they still was working close with the Parts Team to find what I so desperately needed. Definitely made more progress with the help I received then I had anywhere else. I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Prompt response to send emails and always have a solution for my bike issues. Very friendly staff !! Bought 2 bikes from them. And haven't been disappointed. Very good pricing.
