Ordered a hat...it looked beautiful on the website. In person, it was so ugly, it looked like a toy hat. It was shipped in a plastic bag, and the hat was completely wrinkled. I'm not paying for this!

This company is a scam from start to finish. They advertise hats / higher quality hats then you actually receive. They ship your order from some place in China in a cheap plastic bag and it arrives completely crushed. You will find it next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. The provided email addresses don't work. No customer service. Poor quality product arrives and you are stuck with it at the end of the day. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Hut bestellt und 5 Wochen drauf gewartet. Ist ein Chinesischer Shop und nicht in USA wie suggeriert wird. Der gelieferte Hut hat nur grob etwas mit dem beworbenem zu tun. Billigstes Plastikmaterial und kein Filz wie auf den Fotos. Nähte sind aufgegangen und das gesamte Teil komplett verzogen. Kann man eigentlich gleich in den Müll schmeißen. Die 50€ hole ich mir über Paypal zurück.

They got me. Hat paid for and not delivered. Won’t tell who carrier is. It is not USPS. Horrible experience

Compare the photos and the final product is awful The shipping take almost 3 weeks The hat was poorly packed and crushed, almost ruined… did contact the service after arrive - still waiting
