My hat too forever to arrive (from China) and when I titbdid it was shipped it a plastic bag. No box. Just a plastic bag. The hat was crushed. Awful company. I'd never buy from them again.

I finaly got my hat and it was smashed down and flat. won't even in the box like they said it would. they need to bathe site. will never order there again 0 stars if I could

I guess you get what you pay for. I doubt the felt is genuine as they claim. Very thin and flimsy. Fit is undersized. Would not recommend at all.

⚠️WARNING, WARNING, WARNING DO NOT BUY⚠️ I DEFINATELY WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. THE HATS ARE OF POOR QUAULITY. I BOUGHT TWO FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY IN NOVEMBER BELEIVING THEY WERE COMING FROM USA THE HATS ARRIVED IN BRISBANE . THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE SHIPPED TO SHANGHAI. THEY FINALLY ARRIVED BACK IN AUSTRALIA. I PAID $109.03 US .WE RETURNED BECAUSE OF INFERIOR QUAULITY THEY MADE EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN TO NOT GIVE US A REFUND. WE APPROACHED PAYPAL & THEY CONTACTED THIS COMPANY & THEY AGREED TO HAVE US RETURN & REFUND OUR MONEY. THEY PROVIVED A RETURN ADDRESS .WE RETURNED THE GOODS AT OUR EXPENSE . AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS THEY TOLD US WE HAD SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH WAS AN OUT & OUT LIE. IT HAS NOW BEEN TWO MONTHS THEY HAVE HATS & OUR MONEY WHICH IS APPROX $164 AUD WE ARE DEVASTATED. WE SEND THEM MESSAGES ALL THE TIME ASKING FOR OUR MONEY BACK , TO NO AVIAIL. THERE POLICY CLEARLY STATES THAT THE GOODS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN A TIME FRAME WHICH WE DID SHORTLY AFTER ONCE WE HAD JUMPED THROUG ALL THE HOOPS & GOT PAYPAL INVOLVED. DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. SADLY WE DID NOT REVIEW THEIR FEEDBACK UNTILL AFTER RECEIVING THE GOODS. THE FEEDBACK IS PRETTY TELLING. WARNINIG,WARNING,WARNING,DDO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS I WOUD HAVE. I M SO ANGRY THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED . Never received product, they refused to give me a refund, very unprofessional company with poor customer service, I’ve never experienced anything like this before, please be cautious with this company. All I wanted was a refund for a product I’ve never received I ordered this hat November 2024.

I order my hat a month before Christmas still haven't received it, when I email the company I'm told to track the product, I feel they should track the product and give me a update, at this moment. I'm feeling like I'm being scammed!

BUYER BEWARE I ordered a Tan and Brown hat and they sent me a green hat. What’s worse they would not honor the refund or replace policy I paid 45.00 for the hat and they offered me 5.00 refund which was disrespectful I just threw away the cheap looking hat The quality is not vey good

After ordering my hat on December 1 2024 I finally recieved it January 13 2025. In between this length of time,at 3 weeks in I started looking into the matter- track package from Italy to Illinois the the reporting stopped and moved no further for weeks.. Finally when I did recieved the package (plastic wrap), I opened it and was immediately disappointed.The quality was a joke. It reminded of the toy felt cowboy hats. The stitching was loose, the brim was lopsided and not Tha it mattered because I'm not wearing this crap. I doubt very seriously if this hat was imported from italy- No-Way! Won't do this again- My Mistake!!!
