We reserved a unit at Tampa's Tropic Terrace and arrived around 3:30 PM. After unloading all our belongings, we headed out for dinner. When we returned, the digital keypad on the door was completely unresponsive. It took a frustrating three hours before someone finally arrived with the keys to let us in. The next day, they attempted to replace the batteries, but the keypad still didn’t work, so we had to rely on the keys. Unfortunately, that evening, the key also stopped working. Despite calling multiple times, no one came to assist us! We ended up entering through a bathroom window that had been left slightly ajar. Belloise not only refused to offer any compensation or even an apology, but their communication was shockingly rude.

We got a unit in Tropic Terrace in Tampa. We unloaded all our stuff on arrival 530PM and went to dinner. Upon return the digital keypad was dead. It took 3 hours before someone came to let us in with a key. The next day they replaced the batteries but couldn't get it to work. So we used the key. But that evening the key didn't work. We made multiple calls but no-one ever showed up! We actually broke in thru the bathroom window, which had been left open a crack. Belloise refused to compensate us, refused to apologize and was quite rude in their communications.
