DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I am writing a review because we need to save our hard working American people who are aspiring authors who are being scammed by foreigners who sweet talk you into money and then treat you abusively. They will not call you…you have to hunt them down. They lie, and do things when they feel like it… They say call me anytime and assure you that you will be taken care of but it's all talk. They aren't business people at all. They don't know that we have a high business standard in America, not a mobster one. They will not call you back because they say they don't need to. They take weeks to get your work out and ponder on the same thing over and over, then they make up millions of excuses to justify themselves, and will not give you a refund on their negilience. As you can see there are no 2025 reviews. These people received very bad reviews however, elminated them. I am sure this one will be elminated. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and DON'T BE SCAMMED BY CHRIS ANDERSON. That is an American name, but his voice doesn't sound American. Why can't you be honest and use your real name. I have no problem with non Americans just do business and be honest with people. This whole thing is criminal stealing money and treating people terribly. He will be very professional and do anything to get your money at first, and as soon as you call them out on what they are not doing he will lie and say he is doing it. He will go as far as to verbally abuse you. They are trying to get out of working... This is very unfortunate! Authentic people and good and honest hard working authors, please find a good American publisher to work with and do your homework! I wish I could say something good but I can't. If you do your homework you will find the right fit, don't fall for 300 and 400 dollar scams, even though their are some decent American people out there who will do the work for that amount, but be careful. Don't get scammed or fooled by this company. There are serveral investigation going on. They do not work out the office they pretend to in the USA, they scamming from abroad. Even if they were abroad just be honest and do the work, it's horrible! Stay away!
