Thank you for the great piece of artwork, but it is unfortunate the PDF resolution does not do justice to your work.

Hello anonymous reviewer. Thank you for expressing your thoughts. From the context, I can tell this is about a reward received via backing a Kickstarter. I feel your intentions are sincere and it gets my attention when someone doesn't feel satisfied. However, the reward you received has exactly the resolution described in the Kickstarter you backed. The resolution was stated in the project description: "Resolution will be the same as my ebooks (8x10 inches 225 ppi, about 700KB per image)". This was to make the resolution known to all who wanted to know before they made their purchase. Rest assured all backers received what was promised and will on future projects.
