We had an engagement shoot with them…
We had an engagement shoot with them around the end of Oct and unfortunately I was not a fan of the shoot or any of the pictures that came out from the shoot. The photographer has a very structured way of doing the shoot, making every couple do the exact same poses at the exact same locations. Basically, there is no room for customization for your shoot. I think his prices are more affordable but you get what you pay for!

Yes, Vonny booked a Photo Session Day project at the Dallas Arboretum for $199, which included admission and parking (covered by us). For a session lasting less than an hour, she received 241 edited photos (color, crop, lighting) within just one business day. The results can be viewed here:

Bellancio is a family-run business. We avoid a journalistic, unpredictable approach that often caters only to the photographer's needs (portfolio). Instead, we create carefully planned projects (collection) every few months to ensure we deliver exactly what we showcase in our collections. We design and test each collection based on social media reactions and train our photographers to deliver photos that match what we promise to our clients. Every client can choose a project or collection that best fits their vision.
Based on this review, it seems we delivered exactly what we promised in our project portfolio, which somehow resulted in a 2-star rating, because other clients also choose the same project/collection? We are sad that Vonny didn’t feel great about her experience. We’re not sure what we could learn from this or how to improve since we fulfilled everything we promised, but we are confident she will find another company or photographer who better aligns with her expectations!
