After waiting for over a month my order arrived. The items must have been sized on pixies. Even my “small” friend could not fit the large dress or tops. BEWARE! My third request for return has been ignored. I don’t doubt that this is a scam.

Ordered on 5/23/22 still have not rcvd item. Sent email on 6/21 asking about order, their reply was "we will help you check". On 7/15/22 I recv'd a shipping bag with an empty bag inside of it- no products whatsoever, but when you check tracking number- of course, it shows delivered. FRAUDS.

The items did not look like the photos at all. AVOID THIS SITE! Then if you want to return it, you must pay the shipping yourself and ship it to DUBAI!!!

My package was sent to the wrong address so I never received it. Previous to that, right after my order was placed I was sent an email saying I would get a partial refund with no explanation. Instead, when I received my credit card statement, I found they had CHRGED that extra amount. So I am out the original order plus the extra charge. I am not pleased.

We’re really sorry you had to go through this, especially with the wrong shipping address and the unexpected charge—that’s understandably frustrating. We take this sriously and want to help make it right.

My order took forever to receive. Clothing is too big so i requested a return. They respond very slowly and then offered me a discount of $15.00 US to keep my order. Still no answer as to how to return these goods. Their website offers a 30 day return policy. So far customer service has been the worst experience for me. My first order with them will be my last. I do not recommend this site.
