I had revision surgery with BeLiteWeight in 2012 to convert my Lapband to a gastric sleeve. I developed reflux and was told by a local surgeon that the only solution was to have additional surgery and covert to a bypass. I contacted BeLiteWeight to get a second opinion from Dr. Rodriguez and he concurred with the local surgeon. BeLiteWeight offered to schedule my revision with Dr. Rodriguez but I opted to have the surgery with the local doctor near my home rather than travel. The reflux came back worse than before. The local surgeon, at first, told me that I could not possibly have reflux and that is was likely all psychological. But when further testing showed it was back, they were of no help. I reached out to BeLiteWeight for help in figuring out what the problem might be and whether or not there was a solution. Working through BeLiteWeight and my local physicians, I had some additional testing, had an in person consultation with Dr. Rodriguez, and finally had a plan to fix my issues. It happened very quickly (solution was presented just before Thanksgiving and corrective surgery was performed December 15th). I was a special case. Most people will never experience the things I did. But I am so very glad I knew and had worked with Dr. Rodriguez and BeLiteWeight in the past and was able to turn to them when my experiences needed to be reviewed and corrected. I trust Dr. Rodriguez and BeLiteWeight 100% with my body and with my life!!! Thank you so much for your patience and diligence in diagnosing and correcting my problems!!! I am so happy to be on the track to better health!!!

Doing the sleeve procedure has changed and improved my quality of life. 1) I'm much slimmer, My waist is eight inches less and my body is overall trimmer. I get compliments on how good I look. 2) I'm healthier. I am now diabetes free and my blood pressure, cholesterol levels have normalized. 3) I'm physically fit. I really enjoy working out. I swim laps, ride my bike, lift a few weights, and i make every effort to find ways to be more active such as taking the stairs and I don't mind parking further from the stores. This is an answered prayer. I thank the good Lord above and BeLiteWeight.

Working with Joanne was amazing. She made sure I had all my paper work in order and helped me every step along the way. She stayed in contact with me after my surgery making sure everything was going good. The staff that works with BeLiteWeight are amazing and friendly. The Hospital in Juarez Mexico is very clean and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They were friendly helpful and personable. They were understanding. The staff tried to help in any way possible. They were understanding in every area. There are aspects about weight loss surgery that can be quite scary. They were comforting and helpful in my finances and my surgery day and aftercare. The level of excitement and positivity for your change of life is contagious and comforting. They were AWESOME. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

The customer service at BeLiteWeight is very good. Professional and courteous staff. My stay at Hospital Angeles was exceptional in almost every way except for a language barrier at times, which is to be expected I suppose.

I honestly was nervous about going into a foreign territory that I wasn't accustomed to going too. However with an open mind and a strong drive to better myself physically, I took the leap of faith. I was picked up at the airport with my wife and driven straight to the hospital. The hospital felt like I was checking into an amazing hotel. The staff were friendly. The doctors were amazing. The nurses were professional and very attentative. George was my boy the whole time. Rodrigo was great. My doctors were very cool. The bad. They have a lil drain problem in a certain part of the hospital where the smell made me nauseous. However they did move me to a room where the smell was amazing. I tried upgrading to the suite but they were sold out. The rooms were still nice. The internet was a Lil bit shotty and so was the cable. Bring entertainment. Thank God for this experience. Zero problems post op.
