My experience was very positive. Everyone was eager to accomodate my sister and I from start to finish. The facility was neat and clean. More non-English speaking staff work at night, which made over night communication difficult. Otherwise, everything went well, professional, and in great order. I appreciate the service quality.

Not only was everyone at BeLiteWeight kind, courteous and supportive but they answered every question I had before surgery (and trust me I had A LOT). They were always available when I needed them and even checked in on me just before surgery and about a week afterwards as well. My entire experience in Mexico was flawless from the moment I landed in El Paso and I would HIGHLY recommend doing this surgery in Juarez to anyone who has reservations about it. I'm almost 7 weeks post-op now and if I could go back and tell my pre-op surgery self anything it would be, "Don't worry, everything is going go smoothly and this surgery is going to change your life!"

We were very scared on the way down there hearing stories, our medical advisor was very comforting An advised to check the websites out An the reviews but still didn't know what to expect .. once we arived at hospital we were surprised An pleased with facilities... clean nurse An doctors were very nice An would answer all ur questions no matter what question u had for them. If some one was thinking about going dow across international lines for a surgery I would not hesitate to Tell them to go for it, one of the best things I have down for my self An family. I had my surgery, Gastric Sleeve in Juarez Mexico with Dr. Rodriguez, on October 25 2016. To date I have lost 68lbs, my high weight was 197 I now weigh after 8 months 129lbs. The process of having surgery in Mexico was very easy. The hospital was very clean and All the nurses and hospital personnel were very nice and very helpful. This surgery was life changing. I would recommend BeLite Weight to anyone.

I'm so thankful that a friend referred me to BeLiteWeight. Not only did they hook me up with the best doc's and the best hospital, but the service they provided was over the top. Jamie was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and completely professional. They took care of everything. I had spent the week prior to my surgery in a 4-star all-inclusive resort in Cozumel and my 4 days at Star Medica seemed like an extension of my vacation. And even with all this extra concierge service, the whole thing cost a third of what I would have had to pay locally. It's a no-brainer.
