I had my surgery the last of March 2018. I am so thankful to all the staff for helping me on this life changing journey! I have lost a total of 65 lbs and still losing!!! A major plus for me is I am no longer a diabetic! I do not take any med’s and no longer need my cpap machine. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful... they were all so caring! I have recommended them to several of my family and friends!!! This was the best decision I could have done, my only regret is I waited so long to do it! Candace from Arkansas

Fabulous experience! All of the nurses and doctors were great.

I was very apprehensive making this decision by myself (including driving 8 plus hours each way by myself). The team was very supportive in all aspects of this important decision. The pre-op support was great, with lots of check in calls and answering of all my many questions. The drive to the hospital from Waco to Juarez was with a compassionate driver, who also drive me back three days later. The hospital stay was great (enough English spoken to understand everything - my surgery was in Juarez), with lots of attention from the staff and doctors. The doctors were excellent, coming to my room multiple times after to check on me. I would highly recommend BeLiteWeight to those wishing to take this same big step.

Beliteweight was the best decision I ever made. I had surgery In April and four months later I have lost 54 pounds! I feel better, sleep better and have more energy. I flew to El Paso on a Thursday, had the procedure and was back at work Monday morning.

The entire process was so simple. I requested information in early March and had my surgery in late April. The team at the hospital in Juarez was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a lower BMI patient, and I was expecting people to pester me and ask why I was doing it when I could just lose weight. They didn't say that though, there was no judgement. It's been three months now, and i've lost 25 lbs. 15 more lbs and I will be at my goal. This has been so great and I am so happy I had it done. My confidence is so much higher. The only thing I struggle with now is drinking enough water, but I am working on that every day. My scars are finally starting to fade, and I am so happy with my new self. Wonderful experience from first call to present day check ups. Had my VGS done on June 7th in Mexico and would recommend to anyone. From the shuttle that picked us up from El Paso and took us directly to the hospital and drove us back to El Paso 4 days later. The hospital was super clean, quiet, and friendly. I never felt unsafe or unwanted. Everything was explained to us and the doctors and staff took excellent care of me and my wife needs. She was able to sleep in the room with me on a pull out bed and we had our own private bathroom. The cafeteria food was always prepared fresh for my wife, the menu is limited but very affordable. They do have a small drug store where you can purchase other snacks and drinks as well. The whole experience was A++ way beyond my expectations when thinking about Mexico. I've had no complications from surgery and I'm very pleased with the outcome. My coordinator from BeLite, Skye, has always answered my questions and has followed up with me several times after surgery. She was always available to answer my silly questions. But each person thinking about this surgery should do their own research and don't be afraid to ask questions even if you think its silly. I highly recommend this place and keep in mind you get what you pay for, sometimes other places might be cheaper but look into the doctors qualifications, the hospital they are using, what is included in your price. With BeLite you don't have to stay in a hotel and I believe the doctors qualifications are far more superior than those in other places. So do your research and do what's best for you.
