I have no words to express my gratitude to the whole team at BeLiteWeight since I decided to have surgery. From all the paperwork and making sure everything was correct to arriving at the airport and the transport picked us up it was a very smooth process. We had a doctor waiting for us at the hospital who explained how everything was going to be from that moment on and called me by my name which was very warm and personalized. The room was excellent... all functional and super clean, I felt in a 5 star hotel, all the nursing personal was amazing and friendly. The day of my surgery earlier on I met my surgeon Dr. Rodriguez Villarreal and Dr. Aramburo and the anesthesiologist Dr. Solis very nice and explained everything to us. My procedure was a breeze I felt no pain whatsoever and the nurses made sure I was comfortable and pain free and changed my bandages for my drain often. After getting home I had my week follow up call with Joy, who has been with me in all this process since day one. I told Joy I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience and I am glad I did it and would do it with them all over again. Thank you BeLiteWeight.

At 41 years old I was a father of 4 children, married for 9 years and owned a small business. I was also 250lbs, tired all the time, pre-diabetic, extremely high cholesterol, severe sleep apnea, and my insulin levels were constantly high, even when fasting. On the outside my life looked good. At 250lbs, I was overweight, technically obese, but people didn't look at me funny. I held my weight well. On the inside, I knew things were NOT good. My bloodwork, my best friend and my "gut" all told me I was heading for a heart attack in the next 3-4 years. I tried dieting, working out, keto, paleo, medical weight loss, clinics and anything I could think of to lose weight but I just couldn't stop binging on food. In June 2018 to October 2018 I lost about 40 lbs eating paleo and literally locking up the fridge and panty at night with a deadbolt and cable bike lock. (Special thanks to my wife for helping me with that). Then from late October 2018 to late November 2018 I put back on 35 of the 40 pounds. I just couldn't stop eating and I was so sick and tired of the yo-yo and struggle. My wife had Roux-en-y with Dr Rod 10-11 years earlier. She lost 200lbs and has kept it off until this day. I met her in 2010, about one and a half years after her surgery. Of course, I had asked her about it and knew all the details but I thought I could "handle" my weight issue myself. I always "handle" it but things came to a "head" in December of 2018, right after I put that 35lbs back on. We had just bought a new home, my business had grown by 30% practically overnight, my wife and I had our 8th anniversary on December 3rd and I realized I had this fabulous life and if things continued on their current trajectory, I would be dead in the next 4 years. My 4 children would not have a father. My wife, who is the love of my life, would lose her partner in life. My business which is my life mission would go under and employees would lose their jobs. I realized I have an important role to play in this world and I needed to made a change. I was sick and tired of feeling (literally) physically sick and tired, and emotionally sick and tired. I needed to make a MASSIVE CHANGE and I needed to do it IMMEDIATELY. Life will change in the moment of a decision IF we take immediate, massive action, so I took immediate massive action. I called Belite and spoke with Skye. I called Belite in early December, just after our December 3rd. I spoke with Skye (who was AMAZING) and got my surgery scheduled for 3 weeks later on December 29, 2018. I worked out the financials between cash, credit cards and Belite's in-house financing. Thankfully, my gorgeous wife supports me and she helped me make it happen with the kids and emotionally supporting my decision. Then it happened. I had my surgery on Dec 29th, flew home and started my new life. Immediately, everything was different. I had SO MUCH energy. I had to slow myself down while I healed but my body immediately responded and loved that I stopped putting all the garbage into it. I felt amazing. In the next 3-4 monthls I lost 50lbs. I started playing outside with my kids. I started running up the stairs in our home without losing my breath. I stopped feeling fatigued and sick all the time. I had my blood taken in June 2019 and everything tested perfect. My cholesterol was normal, my blood sugar was normal, everything was normal! My waist dropped from a very tight 40 inches to 36 inches and my pants were loose. Now, 1 year out, my waist is 34 inches and my pants fit with a little room to spare. My weight floats between 197-202lbs. I've been as low as 193 but feel my best at 198. I am so grateful to the Belite team. They saved my life. Gave my children back their father. Gave my wife back her husband. And gave me the opportunity to feel physically good again. I am eternally grateful to Belite, Dr Rod, my wife and everyone who supported me on this weight loss journey. I was at a lost of knowing how and what I needed to do to start this process to get the help I needed for this surgery,when I contacted beliteweight they made it so easy for me.I truly couldn’t believe how they were there to answer every question and concern that I had.If I called and couldn’t talk to the one I wanted to they would make sure she called me back,I was very scared bc I had no idea of going to Mexico and they guided me there and back making my trip as smooth and as easy as possible they guided my every step and even called me when I came back home,I would recommend Belite weight to anyone over and over,Thank you all for helping me get my life back

My husband and I had surgery in November Lejla was unbelievable she did everything you could think of and even more to make this with outa doubt the easiest surgery we have ever had. The hospital and doctor Ahmed also went above and beyond. Since the surgery my husband and I have lost 65 pounds each. I have since recommended 1 cousin 1 niece 1 nephew and my sister all that I love dearly to Lejla I have her name on speed dial on my phone. Helpful staff, answered every question, detailed directions and description on every question that you might have and that you have not thought about. I would definitely refer belite and would use them again.

The experience was made easy for me. The hospital was clean, had the friendliest nurses i have ever been around. In all the hospital experience was handsdown better than any in America.
