I have found my experience with Belite extremely pleasant. The whole experience from the original consultation to the surgery was as easy as possible. Follow up after surgery is also awesome.

This was the best decision of my life and I could not have picked a better place to do my surgery. It all begins with the awesome communication they have with their reps. They answer all your questions from start to finish. Then we you have surgery the service there is exceptional. All the way from getting signed in to meeting the doctors, and having nurses check on you all day. I've already had a friend go in herself and have surgery there and will continue to refer people to them!

My experience was perfect from the first phone call. All questions were answered and explained. I flew into El Paso and the driver was there to meet me. When I arrived at the hospital a doctor provided more information on what to expect that day and showed me to my very comfortable room. I had surgery the next morning. Prior to the surgery, all the doctors came to my room and explained what to expect. The whole team was amazing. The whole experience was positive. I had concerns after I got home about a reaction to the PPI. I contacted BeLite and they responded immediately. Thank you so very much for making my experience so easy.

My US doctor recommended gastric sleeve surgery however I would have to pay $18k since it wasn't covered by my insurance. I spent 6 months rrdesrching and deciding about the option of going to Mexico for surgery. I chose Belite in Juarez because ypubstay at the hospital the entire time, no hotel. I am so glad I did this Ive had a wonderful experience. My surgery was 4/1/16. I was at Hospital Angeles and was a far nicer facility than my local hospitals in Nebraska. The room was spacious, spotless and cleaned daily. It was hi tech yet quiet. No contant beeping or nursing running ragged with equipment in the cramped halls. Just the opposite! The nursing staff was very attentive to both me and my husband. He was very comfortable on the futon in my room and he loved the authentic mexican food in the hospital restaurant. The language difference didn't prove to be a barrier at all. Most staff spoke pretty good English. The doctors came twice a day like clock work. From the drivers to nurses everyone took excellent care of me you could tell they have a LOT of experience with this. The recovery has been way better than I expected. I am 8 days post-opp and I do not have food cravings or feel hungry. I went back to my office job 5 days after surgery. The health food markets have many options for protein waters and vitamin liquids to get you thru the first 2 weeks. I've lost 17 pounds and I'm full of energy. I am so glad I made the trip and got my surgery for 1/3 of the US price. I was even able to use my Healthcare saving account to pay for part of it.

I went by myself to have surgery in Juarez. Any questions or misgivings my husband or I had before or after surgery were dispelled quickly and effectively by the staff at BeLite and the doctors at the hospital. The nurses in attendance at StarMedica were kind and took care of my every need. I would recommend the BeLite experience to anyone searching for a tool to assist them on the road to a healthy life.

I used belight to schedule my gastric sleeve surgery in Juarez Mexico and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Elmore were so amazing. I have never seen such great hospital care as I did at Star Medica hospital. I have lost 90 lbs in 7 months and feel great.
