Very slow renewal and delivery
So the ordering and scheduling is simple and easy. 5 stars there, however, the order going out is way too slow. It takes 3-5 days to ship after the order has been placed then another 3-5 days to ship. This last order is already at 7 days and will not be here for another three! This is unacceptably slow and needs to be fixed.

You can opt for Express Shipping for $10.99 and that will take 3-4 business days. Please also consider our order processing time which takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Can not contact a member of the company
Web site is easy to navigate, but I made a mistake with my shipping address in my order. I tried to fix it with no luck and have sent 2 emails and a text message to the email address and number provided with no response. Contacting anyone from the company is seemingly difficult.

The product itself is good but I did…
The product itself is good but I did not receive my last supply before I canceled. It was delivered to the wrong address (previous address) after I had changed my address on the portal. I would like it cancelled and refund processed please.

I keep getting the wrong bottle
I keep getting the wrong bottle. Beli Team was nice and responded quickly, but I’ve been charged $50 three times for extra bottles of women’s multi, when I never got my men’s multi for my partner.
