I have just turned 64, so while not looking to have children, I am looking for a high quality supplement that can replace the odds and ends I have on my table. I definitely noticed a difference. So I am now starting bottle #2, and will try to maintain it.

It has a great noticeable effect after following the suggested use. I definitely notice an apparent difference when I am off this formula for a couple of days/weeks.

My husband and I use the Men and Women's Prenatal Vitamins bundle. I love that it is a one stop shop for both him and I. I wanted to make sure that he was his best self during this time in our life as well as me.
