30 minutes for $2.50 — Survey #163, and no reward I spent approximately 30 minutes completing Survey #163, which offered a $2.50 reward. I completed the survey, but I never received the promised reward. I contacted beForthright customer service about it and received no response. I have also seen other complaints about missing payments and unresponsive customer service, including complaints filed with the BBB. Unfortunately, my own experience has now matched those complaints. Customer service neither replies to participant complaints or the BBB. What makes this especially frustrating is that while $2.50 isn't a large amount, 30 minutes of my time is. I completed the survey in good faith and expected the advertised reward. Instead, I have had to chase the company just to get what I was promised. I used to have a much better impression of beForthright, but the service seems to have gotten worse. When a company doesn't pay for completed work and then doesn't respond to customer inquiries, it becomes very difficult to trust the platform.

In the beginning it was great. But now I get zero studies and zero emails. No idea what happened. I emailed support and no response.

I tried verifying my phone number via call MULTIPLE times,but their stupid bot never detected me picking up. Ever heard of text verification? Don't waste your time with this "Company."

Owed $100+ for months now, no support replies total scam site now Im owed over a hundred dollars by Forthright and have been for months now for completing a 5+ hour interview with A.I. and the "optional" but really is mandatory 1+ hour long survey 2 weeks later. They don't even reply to me anymore. It's clear they no longer care about their customers. Don't waste ur time like me; I did this same survey 2 yrs ago and was paid after each part immediately. Now they dont even answer emails .i even emailed the company i did the survey with they dont answer what scam

I used to get surveys all the time and haven’t gotten any in months also nobody ever answers my emails.

This is by far my favorite survey company and they always come through when you cash out.

Absolutely the best survey platform out there I mean who else pays you just for being loyal who else regularly gives you bonuses for staying loyal I mean it's it's amazing I've think that if anybody is wasting their time hitting platform to platform and getting nowhere you definitely haven't stopped here you guys have got to give it a try I'm not even joking you I can show you proof of how much money I've made and a quarter of it's in bonuses thank you so much
