One of the items I had on order was delayed twice due to supply chain issues. Contacted Beeslighting customer service, rep checked inventories and recommended another LED lamp in stock (actually an upgrade). One call was all it took. Rep ensured the item left on the original order was canceled and I received a prompt refund. New lamp arrived within a week and Im very pleased with overall results. As a recently retired electrical planner at a large (660 acre) industrial site, I have over thirty years experience with a number of different lighting brands. Having used RAB products in the past, I consider them a great option. Will be buying from Beeslighting in the future.

I just love the lights I bought. They are really nice looking and provide the right amount of light. It was super easy to buy them online and they arrived quickly. In the middle of a pandemic that has mysteriously caused supply chain problems, I expect delays with almost everything, but there was no delay getting these lights. I am so grateful because we are hosting my daughters wedding at our house and need these lights.
