Said my product for delivered but it never came.

My order was missing a prank gift that I purchased and added to the original envelope, I have not heard back from the company and anytime I attempt to call their number it's either busy or immediately hangs up when answered. This was supposed to be funny and stress free but turns out to be a hassle.

I placed an order, but it was never sent, and I had to email and call this company daily for two weeks to get my order sent. The service sucks, customer support is a joke, and I’m sure that orders go unfulfilled all of the time. Use a different service.

Order an item was told it was lost in the post. Had to send them repeated emails to get them to deal with it and still waiting on a refund

Ordered a package, paid for faster delivery. Package never showed. Reached out for a refund, response was that it shows delivered 4 days late. No one ever saw this and no refund.

The billing and payment for the prank package is misleading and my first order was delivered to my home address instead of the recipient. The 2nd prank package I ordered and paid an expedited shipping fee is 5 days late and tracking has showed as delayed since it left the distribution center 8 days ago. I reached out to customer service and they refused to cancel or refund my order. Not a trustworthy service and not willing to help set things right with customers.

So i order this package put the address to ship and because i paid with apple pay it automatically sent item to my house instead of the intended address.They charge 25$ shipping for a package that would cost 10 $ max over a week still nothing. I reached out to them they offered zero compensation so now this joke is in me

I ordered 5 prank packages, specifically mentioning to mail them in a blank envelope, and they mailed them in one of my prank envelopes, thus I received only 4 pranks. Brain damaged is the least that describes the idiot that sells these. It's easier to make your own prank envelopes on a printer, and save your money on this overcharged product.
