After I sent the book in I heard nothing for a long time, so I had to contact them and then all of a sudden my book was approved and I received the money in my account.

Hi LuAnn, Your book had been sent off for publisher authentication which you were emailed about end of January. You emailed us February 4th and we got word back from the publisher February 5th after which we replied to your email and issued payment. We are trying to workout a new process with the publishers were people are at least alerted to receiving their books, even though that information is available to them already via tracking. BMB
