The instructions read the picture on the necklace is best viewed through a camera ... which doesn’t work and also does not work with natural light i tried to email them several times they are avoiding my emails now. then i went on the social media and did research about this company and i found their working number which is at first i reach out the company customer service department and they are really awesome and polite with me he sorted out my problem straight away. Thank you!

EDIT: I received the product yesterday. The shipping was super slow, and I never received a tracking number or anything to see the progress. Anyway it’s here, and exactly what I ordered. All is well I suppose. BeeMission really needs a process to contact them directly that can be found easily on the website or the confirmation email you receive when ordering. I’m reviewing because it seems as if this is the only way I could possibly get a reply or send a message directly at all to this company. It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered a necklace (which wasn’t the cheapest item) I have yet to receive any information in my email saying the item is being processed, shipped, anything. I’ve spent hours scouring the website for a link to send my inquiry directly and there’s not a single simple solution in that regard. I’m super disappointed, and would have ordered more but this has been an awful experience. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for companies, I’m super understanding in most circumstances, but it’s quite difficult to find anything to be positive about.

I ordered a Necklace for my and it charged my card but I didn't get an order number. Only a receipt its been ten days since and I've yet to hear anything from the ticket I made or a confirmation of an item headed my way Id rather get what I paid for rather than refund but hey I guess I wont get either. Edit: As of 05/18/2020 I have finally received a shipping number and tracker number; I will be keeping an eye out. Edit 2: Sorry this late edit is on me, Life got really busy as it does. Funnily enough a couple days after my first Edit the item showed it’s nice for its price, and my girlfriend loved it.

I bought earrings and a necklace for my Goddaughter. I thought they were of very good quality and she likes and wears them. I would purchase these or similar items in the future.

I thought I was buying from your company as well. Instead I ordered from Save the Bees Nation. I didn’t get my order when I was supposed to so I tried to email them since there was no phone number. After 4 emails with no replies I finally received the earrings 8 weeks late from China in a cheap envelope. I don’t know how to post a review about that company so other people don’t get taken advantage of. Do you have any suggestions?

Initially I posted a negative review due to finding a scam site that I thought was legit (beemissionuk.com). I purchased a necklace and it never arrived, and after sending several emails I got no response. However, the actual beemission.com got in contact after my review to make sure the order wasnt placed through them, and to advise what steps to take to get my money back. If you actually deal with the right company, their customer service is good!

Short: I had problems with an order that was added without my knowledge, contacted service which u received no help, and decided to share and tell about my experience here. I was then contacted by another support member, who kindly helped me and helped me change my order. I apologize for the anger shown before, and decided to give them stars anew, considering the new help I received. I would like to thank Katy for her understanding of them problem and helping me so quickly.
