We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our numbers are sourced from real telecom providers and are not randomly generated — however, SMS delivery can vary depending on the service, country, and carrier conditions. We'd like to look into your specific case. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] or via Telegram (@beesms_vip) with your account details? We'll investigate and do our best to resolve this for you.

We're sorry to hear about this frustration. If you're seeing charges for requests you didn't make, this could be a sign that your account credentials have been compromised. We strongly recommend that you change your password and reset your API Token immediately from your profile page. If you need any help with this, please contact us at [email protected] or via Telegram (@beesms_vip) and we'll assist you right away.

Regarding SMS delivery — this is actually a common challenge across the industry, not just on our platform. Whether a verification SMS arrives depends on many factors including signal channels, network conditions, and carrier filtering. Even real personal numbers can experience the same issue. We always recommend trying a different number if the first attempt doesn't come through. We do refresh our inventory regularly. In fact, we've just added a new batch of UK and US numbers recently. If you need numbers from a specific country, feel free to reach out to us anytime and we'll do our best to help. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope to keep improving your experience with BEE-SMS.
