Scam Do Not Buy!!! They still haven't sent my item. They have been lying about it being delivered by a carrier and needing my signature. First off, I have the ring camera and no one has co.e to my door or put it in my mailbox. Second, why would I need to sign for bird seed. Then they said it wasn't delivered and they were checking with carrier, and they refuse so replace what they never sent or to refund my money. They can't send a refund because it perishable. They they said if they do sent a replacement I have to pay for additional shipping because it was returned to sender. The nerve, you think I will pay for additional shipping for something you never shipped so I can lose out on more money and listen to more lies. None of this makes any sense. I have asked for a supervisor which they refused. It"s been 2 months now. Horrible customer service and now I just lost money. I am convinced this is a scam and they must delete bad reviews on their website or pay for reviews cause this is crazy and I have emails to provie it.

We informed them immediately with pictures and all. We were getting 2 weeks of excuse emails. Which resulted in: Sorry, but it is your responsibility to check the package in the presence of the delivery person and make a reservation with the delivery person in case of missing or broken products. As stated in Article 7 of our terms and conditions of sale: "The buyer is obliged to check in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery."

Ordinati due flaconi di insetticida liquido per le cimici dei letti sul loro sito internet, pagati €60. Arrivato il pacco, entrambi i flaconi contenevano solo ACQUA. inoltre sulle confezioni l'etichetta non riportava nessuna indicazione sulla composizione del prodotto. Ho contattato via email il servizio clienti ben due volte inviando foto del prodotto ricevuto e dell'etichetta di spedizione sul pacco: ho ricevuto rassicurazioni sul fatto che avrebbero verificato con il corriere ma non si sono più fatti sentire. Diffidare...

Attenzione è una truffa! Arrivano dei pacchetti tutti uguali con chicchi di grano che non sono velenosi. Da segnalare il sito agli organismi di competenza!
