J'ai commandé des répulsifs en grains pour les fouines et j'ai reçu des attrapes souris. Sur les sachets il est bien spécifié graines et comment les répartir, mais dans le sachet, surprise!!!! J'ai envoyé un mail de réclamation et leur explication ne laisse aucun doute doute sur leur malhonnêteté ... ça se saurait si ces attrapes fonctionnaient avec les fouines. Et quand je leur ai demandé comment leur renvoyer ces produits car je ne suis pas satisfait : rien, pas un mot alors le remboursement je peux m'asseoir dessus. Ce sont des voleurs, surtout fuyez ce site.

Had no clue they were even out of country until I tracked package seeing it was in New York customs since June 1. I messaged asking how long their packages are in customs and why there is no address on their site showing they are out of U.S.. I got a response asking for my name, email, phone number, order number etc...all info I put in my required tabs at start of message. I then replied asking how in this day and age of Customer Relationship Management software can someone not just put in a phone number to find that customer. That technology has been around for over a decade to do so. Anyways, it's June 7, 2024 and it's been in customs since June 1. Who in the hell knows what I've been sent. I'm just chalking it up to a loss. I said I would be reviewing them to let people know that they are overseas.

Ho ordinato e pagato 35,75 euro per delle esche. Il pacco non è mai arrivato e dicono che loro il rimborso non lo possono fare in quanto non è nelle loro politiche. Il sito promette SODDISFATTI AL 100%./ HO NOTATO che spesso a rispondere è AI. Una presa per il xxxx. Diffidate di tale sito Dopo 47 mail mi è sembrato di trattare con una società di malviventi questa impressione mi è confermata che loro non rispettano Art 5.6.7 rimborso immediato senza spese da parte del cliente. Il materiale che avevo bisogno due mesi fa' ora non mi serve più. Quindi ho richiesto il rimborso. Ma nulla, sono specializzati a raggirare i clienti con arte in modo da fare credere di essere i numeri Uno nel settore, si delle truffe on line. Avrei dovuto accendere un codice sconto se acquistavo un nuovo prodotto..... Una proposta che non potrai Rifiutare. Che schifo di persone
